Areas of experience
-
Starting from your company's or organization's mission and vision, I identify the right allies to reach your goals (from multilateral organizations to companies, foundations, and partners), and design the strategy to approach each one of them. I support you through every stage of the process to build lasting, high-impact partnerships.
-
I guide you in mapping the funding opportunities that genuinely fit your SME's or organization's profile. I start by reviewing how ready your company or organization is to compete for funding opportunities, and help you build that capacity (governance, theory of change, budget, narrative) so you're truly prepared to compete for funds or investment.
-
From a strategic perspective, I help your organization tell its story and real impact in an honest and powerful way, steering clear of messaging and formats that don't represent it. We define the purpose and message together, and I design the strategy, communication product, and campaign in a way that aligns naturally with your organization's purpose and values.
-
I guide you in designing a sustainable framework of impact indicators that lets you show what your organization is achieving, backed by clear data. I work from what you're already measuring and what you need to start measuring, designing indicators that demonstrate the results and impact of your interventions, tailored to your theory of change and team size.
How I work
-
Strategic consulting provides ongoing support in strategic partnerships, preparation for funding, communication for social impact, and impact measurement. It’s useful when you need a consistent expert perspective—whether to think through emerging decisions, evaluate opportunities before acting on them, or get a second opinion on a monthly basis—without having to launch a full-scale project each time. It’s designed for leaders, teams, and organizations that already have a clear direction and want guidance in making those decisions.
-
Strategic design is a comprehensive, end-to-end project aimed at addressing a specific need: building partnerships, preparing a funding proposal, developing internal capacity to apply for international grants, designing a communications campaign, or establishing an impact measurement system. It is the right choice when there is a clear objective that requires structured and sustained work, with phases, deliverables, and a concrete result at the end. It is aimed at organizations and companies that need to address a specific challenge and are looking for someone to lead the entire process alongside them.
-
If you prefer to take things one step at a time, the strategic assessment is your first step. Over a short period—three to four weeks—we’ll review where your organization stands today and provide a clear roadmap for how it can move forward in areas such as strategic partnerships, funding, communications, or impact measurement. This is ideal when you’re not yet sure exactly what you need, or when you want to start working together with a smaller commitment before taking a bigger step. It’s designed for organizations that are exploring where to start, or that want to learn how we work before moving on to strategic design.
Who I work with
I mainly work with organizations and foundations, multilateral agencies, and small and medium-sized businesses with a social purpose in Panama and across Latin America.
